Thank you to the three hundred and thirty two people who attended the Cane Hill exhibition on May 9 and 10. One hundred and eighty seven questionnaires were completed and the results are available under the downloads section. A newsletter advertising the next consultation event will be distributed over the coming months.

Consultation programme

Two newsletters have been distributed to the local community - you can download copies here
An exhibition with local residents and businesses to discuss the development options was held on 7 and 8 December - you can download the results of the consultation here
A 3rd newsletter has now been distributed to a wider population - you can download a copy here

We intend to carry out the following actions over the coming months:

Hold a drop in event on the 9 and 10 May to to discuss the 4 development options
Distribute a 4th newsletter to detail a preferred development option
Hold workshops with the community to refine the preferred development option
Distribute a 5th newsletter outlining the final development option and the programme for moving towards a planning application, together with the timetable for future consultation

Broadway Malyan have been commissioned by English Partnerships to manage the consultation programme. The consultant team will also attend forthcoming neighbourhood forums and other community meetings to brief local people and business groups.

Thank you to the hundred and eighty five people who attended the Cane Hill exhibition on December 7 and 8. One hundred and twenty four questionnaires were completed and the results (pdf 37KB) are currently being considered by English Partnerships. Exhibitions with residents and local businesses to discuss the development options
3rd newsletter outlining the preferred development option following feedback received at the exhibitions
Community event to refine the preferred development option
4th newsletter to detail the final development option and the programme for moving towards a planning application, together with the timetable for future consultation.
